Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely mesmerized by your home planetarium; if you are not satisfied, you may return your POCOCO projector within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all star discs and accessories included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return shipping address.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your POCOCO projector and all projection discs in the original box to ensure the delicate optical lenses are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the device and confirms it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
